Your Privacy & Secure Giving
Your privacy and generosity matter to us. Our art auction is hosted on a secure third-party fundraising platform. When you register, place bids, or make a donation, limited personal information (such as your name, contact details, and bid history) is collected only to administer the auction, process payments, and provide receipts and event communications.
Payment Security:
Credit card payments are processed directly by a PCI-compliant payment processor and are never stored on our organization’s servers.
Use of Information:
Your information is used solely to manage bidding and purchases, process payments, send auction-related updates, and maintain accurate donor records. We do not sell donor information or use it for unrelated marketing. Information may be shared with us as the event host and with trusted service providers that support payment processing, email delivery, and system security. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Questions about privacy or data requests can be directed to member@kvie.org. You may opt out of non-essential email communications using the unsubscribe link in those messages, or by replying STOP to non-essential text messages. Transactional messages related to bidding, payment, or receipts will still be sent as needed to complete the auction.
