EVENT STRUCTURE

PBS KVIE lobby and studio doors open 60 minutes before the event start. Upon arrival, guests can explore the current artwork in the PBS KVIE Gallery, visit community partner tables, and find their seats in the studio. Unless otherwise stated, speaking engagements include a conversational interview or lecture (50 – 75 minutes.) For VIP ticketholders, a Q&A with the audience will occur in the studio after the conversation (30 minutes) . If available, a VIP Meet & Greet and photo opportunity will follow the talk (20 minutes.) VIP tickets must be ordered in advance.

ORDERING TICKETS

Tickets are available with a donation to PBS KVIE. There are two ticket levels for the Studio Series: General Admission and VIP/Preferred Seating. General Admission is first come, first served seating in the studio once doors open. VIP/Preferred Seating includes assigned seats in the front section of the studio and may include access to a post-show Meet & Greet experience if offered. LOCATION & PARKING

PBS KVIE is located at 2030 W. El Camino Ave. Sacramento, CA 95833. PBS KVIE offers one of the most convenient parking options among Sacramento area venues. Event parking is free, accessible, and close to the venue.

FOOD & DRINK

No outside food or drink is allowed at the venue. Each Studio Series event offers attendees complimentary water bottles and cookies courtesy of FatCat Bakery.

ABOUT THE STUDIO

The studio can at times be cooler than normal room temperature. We advise that you consider bringing a light sweater or jacket for our studio events to have handy if needed.
