About the Auction
For over 40 years, professional artists throughout the region have donated their art to the annual PBS KVIE Art Auction. Over 270 artworks are selected and showcased on-air for bidding during the live auction. Regional framers, art experts, arts educators, and dedicated volunteers make this event possible with their support each fall. All proceeds benefit PBS KVIE.
For Artists
Participating in the PBS KVIE Art Auction is an exciting opportunity for both new and established artists! Artists who are accepted into the auction receive the following benefits with their donation:
- Exposure through print, web, online, and on-air media
- Professional framing of artwork (limited availability)
- Artist and artwork information presented on-air during the live auction
For Buyers
Interested in artwork from the collection? All proceeds from your art purchase benefit the programs and services of PBS KVIE. Place bids on your favorites while the artwork is on display at PBS KVIE and ensure you have the highest bid during the live auction.
