The Exhibition
Artworks by Catherine Erickson brighten the PBS KVIE Gallery this spring. Beloved cows, wineries, vivid landscapes, trees, campers, and cars are rendered with Erickson’s thick application of oil paint. Once Erickson began to use a palette knife for her plein air paintings, she never picked up a brush again. More than 20 paintings full of texture, color, and light grace the gallery from this PBS KVIE Art Auction award winner.
