CEAR offers SECURE destruction of all sensitive materials. CEAR shreds the material under surveillance video and any data contained on the device is completely non-recoverable. This process complies with data privacy acts, such as FACTA and HIPPA. This service typically costs $450 per hour of destruction and $125 per pick up. For a limited time, you can dispose of your eWaste in support of KVIE and receive one hour free!
- This service can be scheduled any time before or up to 2 weeks after the event
- CEAR will provide free pick up of 4 pallets of material or more if it is within Sacramento County
- If you have less than 4 pallets of material, it can be delivered to CEAR for destruction (call CEAR with any questions about the amount of material you have)
- You can view the actual destruction of your materials in person or over the web! CEAR will also provide a certificate of destruction.
- Secure destruction is available for floppy disks, tapes, x-ray film, office documents, hard drives, pin pads, telecommunication devices, and any other sensitive data storage device.

Driving Directions to KVIE
Northbound Interstate 5 - Take the West El Camino off ramp exit. Turn right (east) onto West El Camino Avenue. Turn right (follow signage) at the very first driveway on the right, located before Natomas Park Drive. Turn right at the roundabout, then drive forward into KVIE’s parking lot.
Southbound Interstate 5 - Take the Garden Highway off ramp exit. Turn left (east) at the signal light onto Garden Highway. Travel one block, passing under the freeway, then turn left at the first signal light getting back on Interstate 5, now traveling north. Stay in the far right lane to immediately merge onto the West El Camino off ramp. Turn right (east) on West El Camino. Turn right (follow signage) at the very first driveway on the right, located before Natomas Park Drive. Turn right at the roundabout, then drive forward into KVIE’s parking lot.
Westbound West El Camino Avenue - Proceed west on West El Camino Avenue passing over I-5 towards Gateway Oaks Drive (first signal light). Make a U-turn in the left-hand turnlane so you are now traveling east on West El Camino. Pass over the freeway and turn right (follow signage) at the very first driveway on the right, located before Natomas Park Drive. Turn right at the roundabout, then drive forward into KVIE’s parking lot.
