  Workshops
 KVIE offers free, interactive, content-rich workshops for parents, caregivers, and educators of preschool and school age children. The workshop topics include language and literacy development, science, media literacy, and more. Participants learn how to use award-winning PBS programming along with activities and children’s books to create an environment that inspires and supports all children.

A Place of Our Own/Los Niños en Su Casa – extensive outreach program includes a daily television series and a bilingual website for anyone who cares for young children
